The Project
For this project, the consummate team of NDA's architects has integrated ecology, high technology with an eco-lifestyle to transform the project into "The most modern ecological complex in Vietnam."
Long Tan Tourism Urban area benefits from its location at the Eastern entrance of Ho Chi Minh City. It is a 322ha project functioning as a complex of extravagant clusters of accommodations, townhouses, villas, commercial villages. Adding to this, Long Tan Tourism Urban Area possesses utilities optimized for lifestyles and tourism. These functions consist of a riverside waterpark, an on-island clubhouse and restaurant, a yachting club, and a marina.
