    To integrate this innovative development with Chinese history and tradition, NDA has a dragon-shaped urban design that represents a path from the past (starting its shape from the concept of Fisherman's Wharf Village) to Sanya's future with its head in the shape of a cantilevered pier overlooking the modern architecture rising up in the area.
