    In this project, NDA envisions one of Northern China's most comprehensive yachting communities. An exclusive island with public beach front is created in the middle of the development to dramatically increase the value of the entire development, while the neighbouring shores are modelled to allow for a maximum number of water frontage villas. Located in opposite corners of the development, two marina retail and entertainment hubs offer plenty of opportunities for socializing and promotion of the boating lifestyle.
