Following a design brief that envisioned a resort area targeted solely at the billionaires within Shanghai and its nighbouring provinces, this project creates exquisite mansion properties with sea frontage and private mountainside pavilions. The luxury apartment building also serves as focus point for the main socializing venues: marina and yacht club, restaurants and bars.
